The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group Please do not prop the front glass entrance door open as this is a breach of the complex's security. Use the door key or audio intercom when entering or exiting the building. Using the intercom from the Living Room to the Main Front Complex Door will save using the stairs to allow entry for your guest.

(Cnr Zaara & Scott streets) A short walk up the hill will take you to the iconic & popular Newcastle Ocean Baths, & further along to Fort Scratchley & Nobbys Beach. In the opposite direction, the heritage-listed Bogey Hole, a convict-built ocean swimming pool, is located a 15-minute walk from the apartment. From here you can continue on to King Edward Park. Catch the light rail from the Newcastle Beach stop to Darby Street, just a few minutes away, where you'll discover a variety of cafes, restaurants & boutique shops, as well as Newcastle Art Gallery. The Beach City Apartment is diagonally opposite Newcastle's famous "Scotties Fish & Chips" & opposite "Sticky Rice Thai Restaurant"-2 great eat in or take away restaurants! There are plenty of bike & walking/hiking paths to utilise in the area. You really don't need to use a vehicle to enjoy this apartment & neighbourhood. Cafes/restaurants/10 hotels/public parks & CBD all within a very short walk. There is a fully stocked supermarket for supplies just 50 m away in Scott st!

Find us

Walking is the best way to get around but if you bring push bikes they can be well utilized. Light rail (tram) "Newcastle Surf Beach stop" is just 160m away, a 2-min flat walk & departs very 7 minutes. A bus service also runs with a bus stop just 50m on Scott St.
