The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group Please do not prop the front glass entrance door open as this is a breach of the complex's security. Use the door key or audio intercom when entering or exiting the building. Using the intercom from the Living Room to the Main Front Complex Door will save using the stairs to allow entry for your guest. We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes, as we do follow our cancellation policy without exceptions. To help us prepare for incoming guests, please ensure check-out is on time. Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee of $70 per hour or the cost of an additional night.

We loved this place so much. It had everything we needed and was in the best location - walking distance to the beach and great places to eat close by. We were so lucky to snag this place! We would recommend this place to others for sure.

Nice apartment in a great location within walking distance to beach , beautiful restaurants and tram just a block away . Car space is hard to navigate you will not fit anything bigger than a Klugger and that is a stretch to do . Great communication , flexible with check in if available

Great place very close to the beach. A cute ice cream shop is just down the road. Very close to the light rail station which was also wonderful to get into town. Would recommend this place for families - they had some lovely books, walking distance to the beach, and so close to the light rail that it was very easy to get to the museum!

We had a FABULOUS stay, it was a home away from home ! Everything we needed was at our fingertips from a Bluetooth speaker to umbrellas for the rain. We will definitely be back to this property , it was beautiful. Fantastic location and Carly was only too happy to help when we wanted to stay an extra day.

Find us

Walking is the best way to get around but if you bring push bikes they can be well utilised. Light rail (tram) "Newcastle Beach stop" is just 160m away, a 2-min flat walk & departs very 7 minutes. A bus service also runs with a bus stop just 50m on Scott St.
