We had a fantastic stay at this townhouse. It was exactly as described — super clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. You can really tell that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel at home, right down to providing a shopping trolley for trips to the shops down the road, which was such a handy touch. Communication was great from start to finish, and we really appreciated the detailed information provided — not only about the townhouse itself, but also about things to do and great places to eat in Newcastle. It made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The location is perfect — easy walking distance to shops, plus plenty of great restaurants and eateries nearby. We especially loved the Albion Hotel, which is virtually across the road. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again!

I booked this place for my mom. She had a wonderful stay at The Oceana in Newcastle, Australia. The accommodations were excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. Sweeping beach vistas with unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. A beautiful, relaxing location that exceeded my expectations. My mom would highly recommend this exceptional property!

Perfect large 1 bedder on the harbour right on the doorstep of Newcastles greatest attractions . Enjoyed walking along flat ground where ever I needed to go, Tram stop also 100m away . Have stayed in this unit a few times now, when it’s perfect why look elsewhere . Squeaky clean unit. Hosts are super responsive and professional .

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Balcony is perfect for just relaxing watching the beach and great for some dolphin spotting as well. Had an awesome time and would definitely recommend ☺️

We are so grateful for our beautiful stay with The Fam at Merewether Beach. The apartment was a beautiful space for our family, very clean and wonderfully appointed, and the location was great. We would love to stay there again.

LOVED our stay! It’s not often you get everything in one but we found it! Gorgeous, eclectic home on a quiet street. Walking distance to all restaurants and harbour, uni ect with parking. We had everything we needed 😊 a special note to the lovely vibe, cleanliness and comfort. We will definitely be back.

We had an outstanding stay at Casa Amor in Merewether, this place delivers exactly what it promises and more. From the outset communication was prompt, clear and genuinely flexible, making planning and check-in effortless. The self check-in was smooth, stress-free and perfect for our arrival schedule…a level of ease you want when you’re traveling! Location was spot-on. A short walk to Bar Beach, Dixon Park and scenic coastal walks, everything we wanted was literally on our doorstep — beach, cafés and great local eats.  The apartment itself was comfortable, well-equipped and positioned to maximise the coastal vibe. It’s clear the hosts know what guests value — stylish space, thoughtful amenities and frictionless logistics. All told, a five-star experience in communication, convenience and location would absolutely stay again!

The accommodation was exceptional with very modern fittings. Very spacious with lots of room to spread out. A very enjoyable stay. Location is nice and central and easy distance to shops and restaurants.
