Had the best family getaway for 3 nights. House was awesome & catered perfectly to the 9 of us. The views from the balconies were amazing & the house was spacious but cosy. Pool table created nights of fun competition & non stop laughs. Highly recommend The Fam & will definitely return to stay again .

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Newcastle. The location was perfect, with an amazing view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and it felt very well prepared for guests. We really appreciated how tidy and welcoming everything was. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Newcastle. Thank you for a lovely experience!

A five star experience!! The home has high quality finishes and beautiful attention to detail. We felt it was very private and quiet and only a 6 minute drive to the city area. We highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay! So close to the baths, just a short walk down each morning for a swim. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive when we had an issue with our original booking and quick to offer solutions.

Was a great quiet place for my son and I while he recovered for a operation. We were only going to stay for 3 nights then we asked if we could stay another 4 because we felt so comfortable and loved it

High quality apartment, excellent seating quality from seats on the deck to bar stools and my favourite, the reclining leather armchair. Thoughtful additions like games and throws. Enjoyed just falling out into the vitality of Bathers Way. Great stay, hope the owners keep it on the market for us to enjoy again.

We had a fantastic stay at the FAM Newcastle while in town for the marathon. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, it was so close to the race start/finish, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless and easy. Would highly recommend this place, especially if you’re visiting for an event like the marathon!

We stayed at the La Palma for a weekend and it was so good, it was very efficient and very cozy. Everything was neat and clean & we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was super soft too! We dint feel like leaving. The location of the apartment was very near to the light rail and the beach so it made it easier to get down and go places. 10/10 would recommend it!!
