We had such a great stay here. The place was really comfortable and had a beautiful view, which we loved. The location is perfect with so much to do close by, making it an easy and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay in Kings Cottage. Close to the city, an easy walk to local cafes for coffee fix in the morning, pet friendly and responsive hosts. Would recommend!

A lovely old cottage, wonderfully located near cafes and shops, for an impromptu family gathering. The house is 150 years old and although some of the fixtures are dated, it was very clean and pleaseant to stay in. Host was very responsive to questions and assistance as needed.

What an awesome little place to stay. The Charred Cabin was a great spot for us - we stayed for a month and loved life by the lake. The bathroom is gorgeous, comfy beds, and a great little kitchen with most things you need. My only issue was with the wifi - which generally works ok but on my work from home days the signal wasn’t strong enough to work on my laptop - apparently the router is located in the garage next door - so to get a useable connection I had to sit in the carport, which wasn’t ideal but we made do (it worked fine for phones and the TV). Also, no vacuum - which isn’t an issue for short stays but made for a long month without being able to clean up properly. The staff were super responsive to both these issues and even dropped around a dustpan and brush. Overall an awesome place to stay.

We loved our recent stay - the apartment has been meticulously renovated and suited our young family of 4. The kitchen was clean & well equipped, the bathroom had the best shower pressure and the beds were very comfortable. Very good proximity to the beach, parks and local bowls club. We couldn’t fault the place or the service from The FAM Newcastle - thank you for having us 😃

A beautiful weekend away at the FAM Newcastles place Catalina Bay in Fishing Point! The entire house was spotless and the linens and towels being supplied was so convenient. Everyone enjoyed the jetty and the beautiful view from the boathouse, and the generosity of the FAM for providing kayaks and lifejackets really elevated the stay. Absolutely loved it 10/10!!

Gorgeous little one bedroom apartment perfectly located in the heart of Newcastle. Quality amenities, super comfy bed and relaxing lounge and balcony to chill out in. We enjoyed walking around the city and exploring and coming back to this little oasis.

Newcastle Beach is a wonderful and well kept secret. Free Ocean Baths, perfect ocean beach and the amazing Bogey Hole. what a wonderful location. Views to die for. Perfect home away from home.
