We absolutely LOVED our stay at The FAM. From the check in, to the view, to the fresh salt air and the sounds of the roaring ocean! It was everything and more! Great morning/evening walks down by the beach, views for kms and cute little cafes just minutes away. A comfortable space with everything you need. Certainly a place that has been added to the favourites list.

Our stay was made so easy with the quick and efficient communication with the FAM team. We needed to extend our stay on more than one occasion & we couldn’t believe how fast this could be done. Highly recommended.

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in a long while. Loved the layout and it felt super cozy. Great location. We walked to bars and restaurants only a few metres away. Loved it!

A fantastic Airbnb option in the CBD. Location is easily accessible and instructions for check in easy! Well appointed, well maintained and thoughtful touches. Everything you need including a common roof top area to enjoy sunsets.

We loved staying at your home . The location was perfect and the beds very comfortable. There were clear and easy instructions to enter the property. The car park was especially helpful. Thank you both very much, we would definitely stay here again 🌺

Had the best family getaway for 3 nights. House was awesome & catered perfectly to the 9 of us. The views from the balconies were amazing & the house was spacious but cosy. Pool table created nights of fun competition & non stop laughs. Highly recommend The Fam & will definitely return to stay again .

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Newcastle. The location was perfect, with an amazing view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and it felt very well prepared for guests. A five star experience!! The home has high quality finishes and beautiful attention to detail. We felt it was very private and quiet and only a 6 minute drive to the city area. We highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay! So close to the baths, just a short walk down each morning for a swim. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive when we had an issue with our original booking and quick to offer solutions.
