We loved our recent stay - the apartment has been meticulously renovated and suited our young family of 4. The kitchen was clean & well equipped, the bathroom had the best shower pressure and the beds were very comfortable. Very good proximity to the beach, parks and local bowls club. We couldn’t fault the place or the service from The FAM Newcastle - thank you for having us 😃

A beautiful weekend away at the FAM Newcastles place Catalina Bay in Fishing Point! The entire house was spotless and the linens and towels being supplied was so convenient. Everyone enjoyed the jetty and the beautiful view from the boathouse, and the generosity of the FAM for providing kayaks and lifejackets really elevated the stay. Absolutely loved it 10/10!!

Gorgeous little one bedroom apartment perfectly located in the heart of Newcastle. Quality amenities, super comfy bed and relaxing lounge and balcony to chill out in. We enjoyed walking around the city and exploring and coming back to this little oasis.

Newcastle Beach is a wonderful and well kept secret. Free Ocean Baths, perfect ocean beach and the amazing Bogey Hole. what a wonderful location. Views to die for. Perfect home away from home.

We booked a last minute stay at this property and are so glad we did. The property was perfect for our family, with portacot and books for kids. The location was great, close to everything you could need, including the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean and communication with hosts was very good. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon!

Very reasonably priced for the location and size of accommodation and free parking a good extra. Walking distance to most things we needed. A lovely little house with nice extra touches and well catered for staples.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The home was exceptionally clean, very homely, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’ve also stayed with these hosts at another property before, and once again they absolutely delivered. Their consistency and attention to detail never fail to impress. The location was fantastic—convenient and perfectly suited to our plans—and it made the whole experience even better. We genuinely loved our stay and would happily return again in the future.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot to stay! The location is incredible, just a short walk to great coffee, food and the beach. The apartment itself was perfect, with all of the amenities we needed and lovely setup. Communication was great and the recommendations for the area came in very handy!
