We had an outstanding stay at Casa Amor in Merewether, this place delivers exactly what it promises and more. From the outset communication was prompt, clear and genuinely flexible, making planning and check-in effortless. The self check-in was smooth, stress-free and perfect for our arrival schedule…a level of ease you want when you’re traveling! Location was spot-on. A short walk to Bar Beach, Dixon Park and scenic coastal walks, everything we wanted was literally on our doorstep — beach, cafés and great local eats. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-equipped and positioned to maximise the coastal vibe. It’s clear the hosts know what guests value — stylish space, thoughtful amenities and frictionless logistics. All told, a five-star experience in communication, convenience and location would absolutely stay again!

the FAM team was fast and great at communicating, the property was clean beautifully decorated and had everything you need. Location was great, close to the beach and the shops. Amazing stay thank you so much for having us

We loved this place so much. It had everything we needed and was in the best location - walking distance to the beach and great places to eat close by. We were so lucky to snag this place! We would recommend this place to others for sure.

Had a great stay here for a week. The property is fantastic, so much room both up and downstairs, and the outside space is a bonus. Loads of shops/restaurants/coffee shop within a few minutes walk. Handy for walking down into Newcastle itself, 10 minute walk to Honeysuckle and all the bars. Very responsive hosts, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great stay, very clean and new apartment in a really good location. Very well equipped kitchen and handy laundry set up which were ideal with a small baby. Would recommend and certainly hoping to come back soon!

well worth it right across from New Castle beach It was an amazing weekend and I if and when I come back would love to stay here and explore Newcastle more .

Cute little apartment. Modern and clean: everything you need is included. Hosts were very prompt in replying. They even dropped off a hairdryer they knew was missing! Lots of kitchen equipment, comfy beds and linens. Air con worked a treat as it was a heatwave when we stayed. It is up a number of stairs so we just left the pram in the car. Neighbours were all very friendly. Great spot to stay, thanks so much.

Carly and Katie were fantastic hosts. They accommodated me last minute. The apartment is soo nice. And I’m a very convent location there is a Woolies across the road and the beach is down the street. My favourite part was pulling out the sofa bed and watching movies. I also really appreciate the high quality linen. I’m coming back to Newcastle in February and I’ll be reaching out to them again to stay. Thanks Carly and Katie :)

Lovely spot, access to restaurants and shops was perfect walking distance. Great walk to the beach always something to do. The airbnb was tidy, clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t have a single problem the whole stay. Will definitely be going back!!!
