Our building is being re-clad on the outside, there will be some noise Monday to Friday between 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am-1pm. Perfect for guests travelling for work! No renovations are being done inside the apartment, all work is external to the building. Enjoy everything Newcastle has to offer when staying at Beach Petite. Located in the Arena Apartments on Newcastle Beach, this studio apartment is the perfect property for your next visit to Newcastle whether it be for work or play.

THE PROPERTY Beach Petite is located on the back of the apartment complex, making it surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. The space is small. Perfect for one person or a couple. The apartment is filled with quality furnishings and styling. The bedroom offers a medium plush queen bed with bamboo sheets and cotton covers. The room can be closed off from the living space for a good nights sleep. The living room has a comfortable lounge, dining table and 32 inch Samsung Frame TV that can be swivelled to watch all of your favourite programmes from the living room or balcony. Enjoy the balcony with outdoor dining table and Parisian cafe style bar chairs. Unfortunately our apartment does not have beach views as we are located at the rear side of the building. Back inside there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including oil and salt and pepper. The bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the European style laundry. CHECK IN Our apartment is located in a secure complex which allows guests to feel safe while traveling. As the complex is secure our keys are located in a lockbox at the building next door, this is 65 meters or a 1 min walk. Access is conveniently available 24 hours per day. PID-STRA-41560

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Located on the 3rd floor of the Arena Apartments on Shortland Esplanade, directly across from Newcastle Beach. There are cafes, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, all within walking distance. Beautiful beachside walks in either direction as well as The Bogey Hole, Newcastle Baths and Newcastle Foreshore which make a for a relaxing stroll. The apartment is located within the CBD making it the perfect choice whether you are staying for work or play.
