Good to know

Beach Petite is located on the back of the apartment complex, making it surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. The space is small. Perfect for one person or a couple. The apartment is filled with quality furnishings and styling. The bedroom offers a medium plush queen bed with bamboo sheets and cotton covers. The room can be closed off from the living space for a good nights sleep. The living room has a comfortable lounge, dining table and 32 inch Samsung Frame TV that can be swivelled to watch all of your favourite programmes from the living room or balcony. Enjoy the balcony with outdoor dining table and Parisian cafe style bar chairs. Unfortunately our apartment does not have beach views as we are located at the rear side of the building. Back inside there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including oil and salt and pepper. The bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the European style laundry. Please contact us for parking details as there are a few really good free parking options available. Beach Petite is located on Shortland Esplanade which is directly across from Newcastle Beach. Just a few minutes walk to the light rail, beaches, CBD, restaurants and cafes. We are located inside the track for the Super Cars, we do not have a view of the track. If you are unsure about any details regarding your stay at Beach Petite, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Our apartment is located in a secure complex which allows guests to feel safe while traveling. As the complex is secure our keys are located in a lockbox at the building next door, this is 65 meters or a 1 min walk. Access is conveniently available 24 hours per day. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. Being situated in the city some city noise including construction in other buildings may be unavoidable and are not the responsibility of the host. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group. We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes, as we do follow our cancellation policy without exceptions. To help us prepare for incoming guests, please ensure check-out is on time. Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee of $70 per hour or the cost of an additional night.

Awesome location. Walking distance to plenty of cafes and restaurants, not to mention spectacular Newcastle Beach. A very comfortable space, with everything you'll need for a work or personal trip.

I loved how cosy the apartment with stunning spectacular beach views in front of the building when u walk to get something. The perfect retreat for anyone wants getaway from hectic life and problem. Close with everything at the same time u can enjoy the scenery around the area. Highly recommended. Will come again for sure. 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎
