Perfect for two families, Biraban Lakefront is a near new four bedroom, three bathroom absolute waterfront home set across two levels. Enjoy a luxury holiday with the whole family whether they come on two legs or four! - Featuring direct lake access with private jetty fitted with a ladder and mooring. Perfect for swimming and boating (BYO fenders). Note the boatshed is not included in the rental and will be locked - Sparkling in-ground pool with sun loungers and seating - Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, butlers pantry, open plan living and dining, balcony and second lounge room. - Downstairs there is a self contained suite with bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette. Entry to the apartment is via external access. - Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. This can be extended to a maximum of 11 guests with trundle beds for up to 3 children. Please see below for the sleeping arrangements. - Top level air conditioned throughout and bedrooms with ceiling fans - Linen, bath & pool towels and kitchen essentials are provided. - Dog friendly. Our insurance only covers up to 11 guests which only 8 can be adults.

House Rules

This property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. Pets are welcome (with a pet fee applicable) but must not be allowed on furniture or on carpet. All pet mess must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. Any dirt from your pet must also be cleaned. Any damage caused by pets will be reported to Airbnb and charged to guests as will additional cleaning incurred because of a pet. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group. The garage and boathouse is not accessible to guests Guests must climb stairs We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes, as we do follow our cancellation policy without exceptions. Guests have access to the entire house including the pool, backyard and jetty. The boathouse next to the jetty, kayaks and the garage will be locked and not for guests use.

I came here with my family to celebrate my 29th birthday. The house was beautiful and the lakefront view was so stunning! We enjoyed fishing, relaxing and cooking together here. The neighbours were also very lovely. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We couldn't be happier with our experience! ​The location is absolutely perfect, the home felt immediately welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Incredibly well-equipped and truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you must also go to the hosts; their communication was outstanding from booking right through to checkout, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free allowing us to have the most enjoyable trip of the year.
