Good to know

Boatmans Row Terrace is a mix of old and new. Set over two levels there are three bedrooms, open plan living, compact kitchen and a practical bathroom. The first level features an open plan living and dining room with television, electric fire place and ceiling fans. The kitchen is cosy with everything you need to make a meal including dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, gas burner, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster and cooking essentials. Please note there is no oven. On this level there is also one queen bedroom with desk and hanging space. Upstairs you will find the oversized master bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and draws. The third bedroom has a single bed that guests can pull out into a full size queen bed, this is suitable for one adult or 2 children. As well as wardrobe and harbour views. The original bathroom features a separate shower. Linen, towels, beach towels, cooking essentials, basic soaps, washing machine, drying rack and unlimited WIFI are provided for guests. We have one free off street parking space available to guests, this is located at the back of the property which is a 2 minute walk around the block from the entrance of the terrace. Please note the terrace is a three storey building, the basement level is a separate residence. There is no access between the terrace and the basement, they both have their own entrances. The terrace does not have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in every room and heaters for winter. No parties, events, bucks, hens or schoolies groups will be accepted.

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Located amongst the Boatmans Row terrace houses, guests have access to the entire apartment including kitchen, bathroom with walk in showers, living room and three bedrooms. Parking in the back courtyard.

What a gorgeous spot from which to explore Newcastle. Carly & Katie's home was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The welcome bottle of bubbly and chocolate was a lovely touch. Very close to the beach and baths, and conveniently near the light rail (although a lovely walk along the foreshore to restaurants too).

Public transport is the ideal way to travel to Newcastle East, Newcastle Beach Light Rail stop is only a few hundred meters from our door. The Light Rail runs from 5am - 1am, seven days per week, connecting at the Newcastle Interchange Rail Station.
