Carrington Charm

The house is the perfect space to host friends, family and work groups. There are four bedrooms, two king and two queen sleeping up to eight guests. Downstairs the large air conditioned open plan living room features dining table for up to eight people, lounge room with smart tv, ornate fireplace (non functioning) and gas heater. The chefs kitchen is spacious with dishwasher, large oven, gas cooking, microwave, fridge and quality kitchen ware. Off the lounge room the courtyard offers outdoor dining and a shady space to relax. There is one queen bedroom on the ground floor along with the laundry and toilet. Upstairs the main bedroom with king bed boasts an ensuite and walk in robe. The front room with king bed and desk has its own balcony overlooking the street. The fourth bedroom with queen bed is next to the family bathroom with separate bath and shower. Street parking is free and plentiful, there is one carport space available to guests. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric heaters for winter. Quality linen, towels, kitchenware and basic cooking essentials are provided. We are dog friendly on application. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds. Dogs must not be left alone inside the home without a crate. The back courtyard is enclosed however a very small dog or very large dog may be able to escape.
