The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment. One of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever seen and centrally located to the Junction, Bar Beach and Merewether with so much to do on the doorstep. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Great location, perfect place for our little family to have a weekend away. Clean, tidy, with all the little details thought of! Carly & Katie were great always replying quickly too! Would recommend!!
