The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

This is a great location in Warners Bay. One street back from the lake with flat, easy walking distance to everything Warners Bay has to offer. So many cafes, parks and shopping.

Guests have access to all of the cabin. The cabin does share a driveway with our neighbour's South Creek Cottage, you have your own parking space under the carport.

Great location and place for what we needed. On-site parking a little tricky if you have a larger car but still manageable. We would look to stay here again if we come to Newcastle again.

This beautifully appointed cabin was quiet, centrally located and very comfortable. The beds were warm and comfortable. As a nice change even though there was a locked cabinet in the main bedroom there was still plenty of shelves and hanging space to put my clothes and luggage. Although only one couch it was easily big enough for my mum and I to share with room to spare. Easy walk to the lake and short drive to Warners Bay shops, cafes and restaurants. I would very much recommend staying here and will definitely be booking in again.
