Our building is being re-clad on the outside, there will be some noise Monday to Friday between 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am-1pm. Perfect for guests travelling for work! No renovations are being done inside the apartment, all work is external to the building.

City Snug is located right on Newcastle Beach in the heart of the city. Perfect for beach holidays and business trips this apartment is modern, clean and convenient. This one bedroom apartment is almost brand new featuring a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and all cooking essentials. The living area is spacious for one - two people with a small dining table, lounge, 50 inch TV (not smart) and wardrobe for storage. The glass doors open onto the covered balcony with outdoor dining. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with quality bedding, block out blinds and sheer curtains for the daytime. Opening on to the sparking clean bathroom we provide all bathroom linen and toiletries. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Located on the 2nd floor of the Arena Apartments on Shortland Esplanade, directly across from Newcastle Beach. There are cafes, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, all within walking distance. Beautiful beachside walks in either direction as well as The Bogey Hole, Newcastle Baths and Newcastle Foreshore which make a for a relaxing stroll. The apartment is located within the CBD making it the perfect choice whether you are staying for work or play.

Guest access

Our apartment is located in a secure complex which allows guests to feel safe while traveling. As the complex is secure our keys are located in a lockbox at the building next door, this is 65 meters or a 1 min walk. Access is conveniently available 24 hours per day. You have the whole apartment to yourself. The apartment is located on the back side of the complex and does not have an ocean view. The apartment is small 30 sqm inside and 8 sqm balcony, hence our name City Snug, perfect for 1-2 people.
