House Rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Located in the centre of Newcastle, Cityscape is walkable to most things in the CBD, Honeysuckle and harbour area. There are a number of cafes, restaurants and shops close by. Directly across from the civic theatre, university campus and tram stop.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire 3 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. There is a lift and one small set of stairs to access the apartment. There are two carspaces for guests to use.

The apartment was just lovely with amazing night-time views. We were able to walk to great restaurants and cafes. Our stay was perfect! Thank-you guys so much for hosting us!

The place is in a perfect location, close to the city and the working harbour. It was a fabulous location for our family get-together. Coffee shops and cafes were close by when we decided not to cook. Plenty to see along the waterside, and balcony views of the harbour were engaging. Spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and the benefits of car parking. Wonderful.
