House rules

The house is NOT toddler proof as there are gaps on the stairs. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

•Entire space is included in the rental excluding the garage. Please, make yourself at home. •One off street parking space in the carport as well as on-street parking (non-metered on Union Street). Take care when parking (especially large vehicles) if a car is parked on the street opposite. Please note the garage is locked and not available to guests. •Due to the stairs this listing is not suitable for those with mobility challenges or small children.

The house is a 4 min walk to the newly opened Light Rail and Newcastle Transport Interchange with trains to Sydney and Hunter Valley. A cycle/walking path follows the harbour along the foreshore into the city; Beaumont Street, Honeysuckle Precinct and Darby Street are a 15-30 minute walk.
