The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay at Carly And Katie's premises. I loved how they communicated , they were friendly and prompt. The home was clean and the location was perfect and close to everything. I liked the guide book they left in the house, we got a few ideas on where to dine as well as where to tour. We will definitely come back.

We had a long term stay and it was fantastic. So well thought out and appointed with everything you’d need. Heaps of space, great layout. Finishes in the home are high quality and it made for a comfortable and homely stay. Location couldn’t be better. The no key system was a game changer too. More places need to do this!! Managed by a lovely team of people who are responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend!
