House Rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

It is walking distance to Darby St, the light rail, harbour side & CBD dining scene, Bar Beach and coastal walks.

Had a great stay here for a week. The property is fantastic, so much room both up and downstairs, and the outside space is a bonus. Loads of shops/restaurants/coffee shop within a few minutes walk. Handy for walking down into Newcastle itself, 10 minute walk to Honeysuckle and all the bars. Very responsive hosts, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Had a great stay, place is much more spacious than it appears in photos, all areas were clean and clutter free with tonnes of storage and all amenities needed. Accessible and walkable quiet neighbourhood, 5-10min to the main strips, cafes restaurants etc. The hosts provided clear and helpful instructions for check in and out. Would recommend!

The property is in an excellent central location with lots of amenities, bars and restaurants nearby and the beaches and water in easily walkable distance. The property itself is huge and has great features. Our hosts were excellent and went above and beyond in terms of being responsive to requests etc. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely look to stay here again next time we are in Newcastle.

We used it for our HQ for our daughters wedding. Everything is like on the photos. Clean spacious, everything worked. The house was so quiet you would think you were in the country. Comfy beds, great sleep, can't thank you enough for your hospitality and would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend anyone who is looking to stay in Newcastle.

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful for ease of access to all the Newcastle localities we wanted to visit. Pubs and cafes nearby are excellent, as well as shopping and parks. Carly and Katie’s home is just as advertised in the photos and description. We were not disappointed and would recommend staying to anyone wanting visit Newcastle.
