The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

We had such a wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautifully presented and had everything we wanted for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the wharf, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. Access was seamless, and communication with the hosts was fantastic throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. Had a great stay here for a week. The property is fantastic, so much room both up and downstairs, and the outside space is a bonus. Loads of shops/restaurants/coffee shop within a few minutes walk. Handy for walking down into Newcastle itself, 10 minute walk to Honeysuckle and all the bars. Very responsive hosts, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Had a great stay, place is much more spacious than it appears in photos, all areas were clean and clutter free with tonnes of storage and all amenities needed. Accessible and walkable quiet neighbourhood, 5-10min to the main strips, cafes restaurants etc. The hosts provided clear and helpful instructions for check in and out. Would recommend!
