The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third room includes two extra-long single beds, perfect for adults or taller children. All bedrooms come with quality linen and towels. The house features two lounge rooms, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area for shared meals. Two decks offer peaceful spaces to enjoy the natural surroundings. There’s also a double secure garage with internal access and a laundry for your convenience. For those travelling with infants we can provide a travel cot and highchair, guests must bring their own linen for the cot. These items must be requested in advance before your arrival. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. Guests must be over 25 to book. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.
