A stylish one-bedroom apartment on the 11th floor of the Arena complex, directly across from Newcastle Beach in the heart of the CBD and next door to the Novotel. Panoramic ocean and beach views stretch from the living area to the semi enclosed balcony. The queen bedroom has ocean views, blockout blinds and sheer curtains. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and all essentials including oil, salt and pepper. The European laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Wifi, linen, towels and kitchen and eco-friendly cleaning essentials are included, and our property guide has all the best insider tips. The property is in a residential complex. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes, as we do follow our cancellation policy without exceptions. To help us prepare for incoming guests, please ensure check-out is on time. Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee of $70 per hour or the cost of an additional night.

What a wonderful place to stay! I recently stayed at Oceana while on a work trip, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The apartment was fantastic – beautifully presented, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. It had everything I needed for my stay and really felt like a home away from home. And that view! Absolutely gorgeous! I must admit, it was a struggle to tear myself away from it each morning to head off to work. Such a beautiful way to start and end each day. The communication was also exceptional. The instructions provided were incredibly detailed and easy to follow, making everything straightforward and stress-free. Carly and Katie were both wonderful to deal with – friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever I had a question. It was such a pleasure staying here, and I would happily return on my next visit to Newcastle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oceana to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and well-located place to stay. Thank you, Carly and Katie, for such a lovely experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
