The main bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking a leafy street, while the second internal bedroom remains quiet and cosy. Quality linen is provided on both comfortable queen beds and there are remote controlled ceiling fans in both rooms. The bathroom features a walk in shower with soaps provided. The laundry has a washer, dryer, and clothes horse is available for guest use. Secure underground parking for one car is included, with lift access to the apartment. The property is in a residential complex. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Thanks to Carly and Katie for hosting us in Newcastle. You could not ask for better hosts. Their place was exactly as described, it was clean and very inviting. Further, they where so friendly and responsive and supplied the best instructions on how to enter the property. The location of the property is in the heart of town, with a myriad of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property, and I would definitely use it again.
