A short walk to iconic Newcastle beach, the CBD, choice of restaurants bars and cafes, this stunning apartment is perfect for both corporate travellers and those looking for a relaxing getaway. The bedroom offers a queen size bed while the sofa bed in the lounge room folds out to form a double bed. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal including; oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, full sized fridge, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Amenities to get you started for your stay include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry and dishwashing supplies, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, bin bags. There is a combination washing machine and dryer in the bathroom for guests use. For parking there is metered parking on the street in front of the apartment which is FREE after 5pm weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. There is FREE all day parking 200m walk away up the hill on Watt Street or there is a paid public parking garage on Bolton Street. Free unlimited WIFI. Bed linen and towels are provided. Important note prior to booking: - the apartment is suitable for 3 guests including non mobile infants. - due to safety we do not allow mobile toddlers or pre-school age children. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Loved my stay. Perfect location for the work I was doing for the week. Loved the views from every window. Clean apartment with everything you need. Would def stay here again.
