The property is in multi level complex. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group. We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes, as we do follow our cancellation policy without exceptions. To help us prepare for incoming guests, please ensure check-out is on time. Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee of $70 per hour or the cost of an additional night.

Amazing little apartment and absolutely perfect spot. The standard was incredible and the check in instructions with photos were super helpful especially arriving in the dark. Walking out of the building right onto the beach was a highlight! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Great location and friendly, responsive hosts. The apartment was spotlessly clean, easy to get to, quiet and well supplied. Being directly opposite the beach made it easy to explore Newcastle's foreshore, and the view of the harbour and the daily sunset was really nice to sit and watch. Carly and Katie will give you comprehensive instructions on how to check in, and where to park, and they were very quick to respond to messages. They even left me a lovely welcome gift! While there was construction scheduled for my stay, there was zero noise over the four days. As the room faces the back of the block, there was surprisingly little road noise for being so close to central Newcastle. It was warm and well insulated on a very cold and windy weekend too. As mentioned in previous posts, there are light curtains in the bedroom, so if you need darkness to sleep in, consider packing an eye mask. The bed is very comfortable, and there is plenty of room in the wardrobe for your luggage.
