The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Guests have access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of the Arvia complex. There is a lift to level 2 and a carspace for guests use in the underground carpark. Check in anytime after 3pm with easy self-check-in, making arrival super simple and flexible.

Carly and Katie’s apartment was fabulous! We loved the view and especially the fact that we could walk to cafes and restaurants easily. I have never commented on this before in an Airbnb review - but I really loved the pristine white sheets. They were beautiful and the bed was very comfy. There are also wonderful walks along the beach and coastal city areas within easy reach of the apartment which we really enjoyed. Thank you so much - we loved our stay!
