The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

This is a great location in Warners Bay. Flat, walking distance to everything Warners Bay has to offer. So many cafes, parks and boutique shopping in Warners bay. Quiet bush outlook with an abundance of birdlife and duck families residing around the Creek. Huge backyard with lots of space for kids to run around.

Guest access

Full access to house, backyard and creek reserve. The creek is approximately 1 metre deep from the boat ramp to the bridge then slowly increases in depth. Caution must be taken as trees, branches and other submerged items are often found in the creek. Once past the bridge turn right towards Warners Bay as the depth here is more consistent than straight ahead or left. No responsibility or liability is given during launching, navigating and retrieving of boats as this is public land and you do so at your own risk. Please do not use any other jetty or pontoons located on the creek as these are private property and doing so may risk prosecution from land owners.est to the Cottage. Please respect our neighbours when using the creek.
