Stevenson Beach Cottage is a mix of old charm with new conveniences. There are five bedrooms, three with queen beds and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is air conditioned, while the fourth bedroom features a double bunk bed and direct access to the internal courtyard. The second bedroom opens onto the front porch and has a desk and office chair. There is a small fifth room with a single bed for a 10th guest. The well equipped kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher is situated in the middle of the house surrounded by a breakfast nook and dining room featuring an eight seat dining table for entertaining. The air conditioned sitting room opens onto the back deck with partial views to the harbour. Another lounge area boasts a large television, board games and access to WIFI. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry along with a second toilet. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

The house is located within the CBD making it the perfect choice whether you are staying for work or play.
