The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. Carlie and Kate were great hosts.The townhouse was well positioned to cafes and walks beside the lake. The abode was nicely decorated and had basic condiments and utilities you would need for a stay.

Find us

Walking is a great way to get around. The main street is a flat 3-5min walk away. There is plenty of parking if you wish to drive around.
