Vela is a generous, light-filled apartment designed for comfort and easy harbour living. Located across the road from the water, you’ll enjoy harbour views from the large front balcony that runs the full width of the apartment - the perfect place for morning coffee or evening drinks as the boats pass by. Inside, the expansive open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with TV and WiFi, a dining table for shared meals, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for short or extended stays. The layout feels open and relaxed, making it ideal for couples, friends or work trips. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen bed opening directly onto the balcony and second bedroom includes a double bed and does not have external windows, this bedroom has large doors opening onto the living room for natural light. Both bedrooms are fitted with premium commercial-grade linen, and all linen and towels are provided. Kitchen essentials, tea and coffee, cleaning supplies and everyday basics are all included to make your stay seamless. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. No bookings under 25yrs, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group. We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes, as we do follow our cancellation policy without exceptions. To help us prepare for incoming guests, please ensure check-out is on time. Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee of $70 per hour or the cost of an additional night.
