Set directly on Newcastle Beach, this one-bedroom apartment offers relaxed coastal living just moments from the sand and surf. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and step straight onto Newcastle Beach. Whitewater is perfectly positioned for a coastal escape or a work stay, combining comfort, convenience and one of the city’s best locations. Inside, you’ll find a spacious king bed, a large modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for longer stays. The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, with two TVs, WiFi, and ducted air conditioning throughout. Perfect for remote work or a relaxed getaway, you’ll also have the added bonus of secure underground parking, a rare find in this location. Please note: The building is currently undergoing external cladding works. There is scaffolding in place which partially obscures the direct ocean view, however you can still see through the mesh to the water. Work is carried out on weekdays and the occasional Saturday between 7am–3pm. We’ve adjusted our pricing to reflect this and appreciate your understanding while these improvements are completed. No work is done on public holidays. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group. We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes, as we do follow our cancellation policy without exceptions. To help us prepare for incoming guests, please ensure check-out is on time. Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee of $70 per hour or the cost of an additional night.

Located directly on Newcastle Beach, you’re positioned in one of the city’s most sought-after coastal pockets. Step outside to the sand, ocean baths and coastal walks, or wander up to the CBD where you’ll find some of Newcastle’s best cafes, restaurants and bars. The harbour, Honeysuckle precinct and light rail are all within easy reach, making it easy to explore without needing the car.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including secure underground parking for one vehicle. The building has lift access, making arrival and departure easy. Please note that due to current cladding works, there is scaffolding in place around the building and workers may be onsite weekdays and some Saturday's between 7am–3pm.
