Dusk sits on the 9th floor at the rear of the apartment complex, which makes it surprisingly quiet for a city apartment while still capturing lovely harbour and city views. The space is small and beautifully put together. Comfortable for one person or a couple, with room for a third guest or a child as well. The apartment is filled with quality furnishings and thoughtful styling throughout. The bedroom offers a plush queen bed with cotton sheets, and can be closed off from the living space for a good night's sleep. The living room has a comfortable lounge that converts to a double sofa bed for a third guest or a child, along with a dining table and asmart TV. Step out onto the balcony and take in the harbour and city outlook, with an outdoor dining table and bar chairs. Please note we are located at the rear of the building, so we do not have beach views. Back inside there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, including oil, salt and pepper. The bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the European style laundry. Parking Dusk includes free secure parking within the building, which is a rare find in this part of Newcastle. Please note the car space has a maximum height clearance of 2.2 metres. Location Dusk is just a short stroll from Newcastle Beach, the light rail, the CBD, restaurants and cafes. As the complex is secure, our keys are located in a lockbox at the building next door, roughly 65 metres or a 1 minute walk away. Access is available 24 hours a day.
