The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. A responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group. We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes, as we do follow our cancellation policy without exceptions. To help us prepare for incoming guests, please ensure check-out is on time. Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee of $70 per hour or the cost of an additional night.

Neighborhood

Wickham sits between the harbour and the city, and it is one of Newcastle's most well-connected and fast-growing precincts. The foreshore is across the road, with the walking and cycling path running the length of the water and the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club right there for waterfront dining. There is an Italian restaurant and a Foodworks in the building and a cafe around the corner, so you can eat well without going anywhere. Beyond that, Honeysuckle's restaurants and bars are a short walk or one light rail stop away, and Beaumont Street in Islington, with its cafes and long strip of restaurants, is just up the road. Marketown covers groceries and shopping a few minutes away, and the CBD and the university's city campus are both close by.

Guests have the whole apartment, plus the building's shared gym and rooftop garden. Entry to the building is secure, with lift access to level 12. Self check in from 3pm, and building and parking access details are sent to you before arrival, along with your free secure underground car space.

Find us

The Newcastle Transport Interchange is next door, so trains, light rail and buses are all at your doorstep. The light rail runs through Honeysuckle, Civic and the city centre to Newcastle Beach and the ocean baths. Trains from the interchange run to Sydney and out through the Hunter Valley. Most of what you will want is walkable from here, including the foreshore, Honeysuckle and Marketown. For guests with a car, the apartment includes free secure underground parking for one vehicle, and it is only a few minutes' drive to Bar Beach and Merewether. Taxis and rideshare are readily available throughout the area.
