Hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, in any BnB or hotel! Compact studio apartment in a fab location for walking, dining, coffee and beach etc. We enjoyed a three night stay for both business and leisure. The price is so good compared to a hotel but much more homely and convenient. We would stay again.

One of the best places we have stayed at, amazing location, lovely views and lovely unit-our day consisted of swim first thing then brekkie at the Swell cafe, then sunbathing, followed by day out somewhere and then repeat the morning in the late afternoon, week of bliss. The FAM team were so helpful, it helped the holiday be a success. You have to book this unit !!

Great Airbnb, responsive host who allowed flexible check in which was really appreciated. Apartment matched the description well and the lovely balcony with all of the plants really complements the apartment. Location was great for the beach, restaurants and accessing all of the East End.m which we really enjoyed.

We had such a wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautifully presented and had everything we wanted for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the wharf, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. Access was seamless, and communication with the hosts was fantastic throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a lovely place to unwind!

Wonderful location, great house in a surprisingly quiet location. Walking distance to the beach, Newcastle city, parks and plenty of cafes and restaurants on Darby street, art gallery, local library. No air con in 2 bedrooms but it's a brick home so stayed fairly cool even in the high 30's. Back yard not fully fenced so out dog able to get out. Suggestions for improvement - Beds not very comfortable. Should have king bed in main room and upgrade double mattresses in other rooms. Fence back yard for security and so pets cannot escape. Overall, would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Well located, very clean and well equipped. The views were magnificent from the balcony and we even saw dolphins. The apartment is very comfortable and perfect for a couple with the beach and ocean pools across the road and many choices for coffee and eating out.

Beautiful place to stay with easy walking to both Bar and Dixon beaches. The apartment was comfortable and light and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable and the aircon very much appreciated on the hot days and nights. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a great stay with our family including our fur babies. Everything was perfect. Great yard for the dogs. Very clean and tidy and great jetty for our boat. Great neighbourhood and amazing views. Would definitely stay again

Het was een goed verblijf. De ruimte was iets kleiner dan ik had verwacht nav de foto’s maar voor een persoon (of een stel) prima te doen. Er was een technisch probleem dat zeer snel en adequaat werd verholpen. Het is direct aan zee en fijn dat je ook een auto kwijt kon
